Research Interests

* Research Interests: Workplace bullying in healthcare, medical cannabis interventions, community health and harm reduction.

* Research Lead and Chair for the Maverick Recovery Program Medical Cannabis Initiative in Kamloops, BC

* Ph.D. dissertation investigates parents' lived experience of balancing family responsibilities with academic responsibilities. Florriann is the creator of the conceptual model titled: P.A.R.E.N.T.S.(2013), reflecting on ways to improve student-parent lived experiences in nursing school.

* Fehr and Seibel hold COPYRIGHT for the Fehr Seibel SRR Model (c) (2021), a first-response anti-bullying intervention.
