Submit Your Transcript or Documents

In order for your application to be considered complete, official transcripts must be received by TRU, along with any additional required supporting documents.

Please note, many of TRU’s competitive programs require official documentation indicating confirmation of courses in progress prior to the application deadline.

Submit a high school or post-secondary transcript to TRU

For current BC high school applicants
  1. Applicants must release their transcripts to TRU through the StudentTranscripts Service (STS).
For assistance with this process, please refer to the Transcript Service help videos or connect with the Future Students Office at 250-828-5006.

For competitive programs such as the Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the Respiratory Therapy Diploma, it’s recommended to have individual high schools provide official interim transcripts (or a Diploma Verification Report) prior to the application deadline.

Official transcripts can be mailed directly from the high school or dropped off in person in a sealed envelope. Transcripts emailed in a PDF format will only be considered official if they are received from a high school administrator’s email address.

For applicants with post-secondary education, current or past

Applicants are required to submit official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.

Students who are attending or have previously attended TRU do not need to submit TRU transcripts, as the transcripts will already be on file.

If you have documents that are issued in a language other than English, then, in addition to providing documents in their original language, you must also provide a certified literal English translation of your transcripts from your home university's translation service or a certified English translator.

If you are currently attending another post-secondary institution, you must submit an official transcript at the time of your application. Should you have courses in progress at that time, a final transcript at completion of these courses must also be provided.

Refer to the institutions attended for instructions on how to order your official transcripts, which must be issued to TRU directly from the post-secondary institution or from the institution’s authorized transcripts service (such as MyCreds, Parchment, MyeQuals). If they are sent in hard copy in the mail, they can be addressed to:
