Come prepared with a pen, notebook & copies of any Food Safe Certification. Training tools, supplies, and textbooks are to be ordered online from the TRU Bookstore and can be picked on your 1st day if you have not already done so.

Dress code: Clean black slacks & black work shoes, clean shirt & tie daily

Retail Meat Processing Program Apprenticeship Program

Course guide, Rules and Regulations will be presented on the first day of classes.

Tools: Students are required to bring their own Boning & Steak knife and Steel for the first day of classes.
Lockers: Each student will be issued a full sized locker.
Dress code: Clean black slacks & black work shoes, clean shirt & tie daily
Work coats: will be provided. Please bring $25.00 (cheque or cash) to your first day of class for laundering service.
