OneTRU
OneTRU is an intranet platform that built on the web-based Microsoft SharePoint server. OneTRU supports the collaboration and sharing of information within teams and throughout the organization.
Integrated Planning and Effectiveness OneTRU is the place where the team shares information and resources, including enrolment reports, market research, environmental scan, survey results, course evaluation and many more, to support the planning and decision-making process as well as to promote institutional effectiveness in all areas.
Only TRU Staff and Faculty have access to the information on OneTRU through their TRU login credentials from campus or while at home and travelling.
Tableau Server
Tableau Server is a secure, online repository for reporting dashboards created by Integrated Planning and Effectiveness. Tableau Server allows users to interact with TRU data without being required to buy or download additional Tableau software.
Most workbooks available on the server are interactive, and users may export images of the dashboards. Access is limited to a certain number of licensed users. To enquire about gaining access to the TRU Tableau Server, please contact IPE.
Please note: You will need to be connected to the TRU network (the on-campus network or via TRU VPN for wireless and off campus connections).
