Danielle Ching McNamee
JD (TRU)
Danielle is a coach of the BC Law Schools Moot.
Danielle is currently practicing as a criminal defence lawyer with Smith Law Group in Kamloops. Danielle has been involved in all aspects of criminal law trial practice in BC Provincial Court and BC Supreme Court. She has defended clients against all criminal charges, up to and including first degree murder, as well as a broad variety of sex offences. Clients value her hard work as a criminal lawyer and her commitment to their cases.
Danielle graduated from TRU Law in 2018. During her time at TRU Law, she earned the Gold Medal in 2018. After graduating, Danielle articled with a Kamloops law firm, and clerked for the Supreme Court of BC. She joined Smith Law Group in 2019.
