Required Supplementary Documentation
FOODSAFE Certificate students may apply and be accepted however; they must present evidence of successful completion of the FOODSAFE Certificate in the first week of classes
Next career steps
Certified Chef de Cuisine
Red Seal cooks are eligible to become members of the Canadian Culinary Federation (CCF) and enroll in the Certified Chef de Cuisine program. To enrol you need to be a Red Seal cook for at least five years, and a CCF member to enter their program.
The Canadian Culinary Federation (CCF) in coordination with the Canadian Culinary Institute offers the Master Chef program. It is the highest Chef designation in Canada.The Culinary Career Path in Canada
