The university, upon request, provides accommodation services for convocating students with disabilities.
Students with disabilities who are convocating or persons with disabilities who are a member of the convocating student’s family should email ceremonies@tru.ca.
Graduates and guests are encouraged to park in lots W and T1, which can be seen in the map below. Enter campus via the West Gate and take University Drive to Lot W or Lot T1. Parking in these lots is $5 for the day. There will be a shuttle service running from these lots to the Tournament Capital Fieldhouse.
There is limited accessible parking available at the TCC. TCC visitors displaying a valid disabled parking permit can park for free and do not need to register their license plate.

The ceremony is about 90 minutes.
Each graduate is allowed to bring six guests. Tickets are not required but seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis. Arrive early to ensure you're seated.
There is reserved seating for disabled, elderly and other guests who have mobility impairments and one or two accompanying guests. Arrive early to find suitable parking and seating.
All convocation ceremonies are broadcast live online for those unable to attend.
The Bookstore in the Campus Activity Centre carries frames and other graduation memorabilia. You can also shop for TRU souvenirs.
In June, only fresh roses are available for purchase on the day of the ceremony.
