The university, upon request, will provide accommodation services for convocating students with disabilities.
Students with disabilities who are convocating or persons with disabilities who are a member of the convocating student’s family should email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Free parking is available in Lot N (see map below) for graduates and guests on convocation day. Shuttles will run between Lot N and the convocation venue, the Tournament Capital Centre Fieldhouse.
Please enter campus via the West Gate and take University Drive to Lot N.

The ceremony is approximately 90 minutes.
Tickets are required to attend and seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis. Arrive early to ensure you're seated.
There is reserved seating for disabled, elderly and other guests who have mobility impairments and one or two accompanying guests. Arrive early to find suitable parking and seating.
All Convocation ceremonies are broadcast live online for those unable to attend.
Graduands and guests are welcome to light refreshments immediately following the ceremony. There is no charge for the reception.
During the June ceremony only fresh roses are available for purchase on the day of the Ceremony. The TRU Alumni & Friends Association uses the proceeds from the sale of roses for student programs, particularly mentorship programs for matching potential employers with students interested in their field. If you would prefer to pre-order roses, you may do so at The Commencement Group.
