    Hi, my name is Kaitlyn, and I am 2L here at TRU Law. I was born and raised in metro Vancouver, but also lived in the BC interior for a couple of years as well. I completed my undergraduate degree in the USA, where I was a four-year student-athlete, before going straight to law school. During my 1L summer, I worked for a criminal law firm in metro Vancouver, and currently intend on continuing down the criminal law path. At TRU, I've enjoyed being involved in Pro Bono Students Canada, various clubs, and other extracurriculars. Moving to Kamloops from Toronto, Ontario had it's challenges but I can say without a doubt it has made me stronger and been the most rewarding learning experience.     Hello! My name is Omid and I am in my third year at TRU Law. I grew up in Calgary Alberta, but moved to Kamloops in 2021 to attend law school. After pursuing a degree in Child and Youth Care Counselling, I decided to attend law school. I am the first person in my family to attend law school so I’ve been learning as I go.
