For the media
We are your first contact for information and requests about the university. We provide information about TRU and photos for public use. We can help you find an expert and arrange interviews with our administration or faculty.
For staff and faculty
Our programs, students and faculty are often in the headlines. We create and distribute these press releases to both local and national media. All of our news is also published in the TRU Newsroom. You can start your own press release if you have a story related to:
- Recent grants
- Contributions to the community
- Program changes
- Interesting and outstanding students
- Anything else you feel is newsworthy
Our campus is a vibrant community with events happening every day. All events are posted in the events calendar. Many of these events are available to the public as well as students, faculty, staff and alumni.

We produce publications, reports and other university marketing materials including Bridges Magazine, and the President's Reports.
