How to enrol
Intakes are offered in the fall, winter and summer terms.
- Contact ESL & UEPrep Program Advisor Harman Grewal (phone: 250-371-5593) or a TRU academic advisor to ensure you register for the right courses. If you live outside of Kamloops, contact the TRU location nearest you.
- After you've spoken with an advisor, you can apply for admission to TRU.
- TRU will notify you of your acceptance and of your registration date.
Low income students qualify for the Adult Upgrading Grant. This non-repayable grant covers costs for textbooks, ancillary fees, unsubsidized childcare and other fees. Tuition is free.
Students who do not qualify for this grant should contact the Students Awards and Financial Aid Office about other funding sources.
Students applying for the first time should take the Accuplacer test. This test assesses your academic grade level, which helps determine the level of courses you should be taking.
