Online Ordering

Are you hosting a meeting or event on campus, outside of the Campus Activity Centre? If so, you can now place your catering order online. This system is fantastic for recurring orders and can be accessed 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Catering deliveries include:

• Disposable service ware (china service ware is available for $2 per person on campus)
• Two-hour meal period for perishable food items
• Delivery and pick-up service only

Delivery charges

As per our catering policies, any delivery with a subtotal less than $100 is subject to a $10 delivery fee.

Room bookings

Placing a catering order online does not ensure that a room is booked for your event. You are responsible for confirming a venue and ensuring that the booking allows for approximately 15 minutes for drop-off and pick-up at the beginning and end of your event.

Payments

We accept internal TRU account codes, cash, cheque and credit card. Please note that the system will not prompt you to enter your credit card information at this time. Our catering team will follow up with you, if you wish to pay with this method.
