Book your housing as soon as possible. On-Campus Residence spaces are limited

Note

  • Early move-in requests should be made to the residence via email.
  • If arriving before the residence move-in dates above, please book a hotel/motel/Airbnb.

    Homestay

    TRU World can assist you with securing Homestay placement (Deadline to apply for Homestay for Summer 2024 is March 15, 2024):

    • The monthly fee for Homestay is CAD$1,200. You must pay the fee directly to your host family upon your arrival.
    • The following fees are due with your Homestay application:
      • CAD$150 processing fee (non-refundable)*
      • CAD$600 security deposit which is refundable if no damage occurs
    • Send an email to homestay@tru.ca if you are interested, or contact your ISA.

    *CAD$150 processing fee is waived for ISEP (International Student Exchange Program) students. Please review your paperwork if you are unsure and/or confirm with your ISA.

    Please make sure that the Homestay option is right for you by reading the Homestay Guide. 

    Please go through the cancellation policy before you submit your application.
