Brodie Noga
BA (SFU), MA (McGill), BCL/LLB (McGill)
Brodie is a coach of the Wilson Moot.
Brodie is an associate in our Litigation group. His practice is focused on corporate and commercial litigation with an emphasis on appeals. Brodie frequently advises clients on complex commercial litigation matters and is experienced in administrative law, constitutional law, class actions practice, complex tort, and contractual disputes.
Brodie has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Divisional Court of Ontario, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Osler, Brodie was an associate at a boutique law firm and previously clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for the Honourable Justice Gascon.
