Degrees

TRU Adventure Studies offers two four-year bachelor's degrees with concentrations in adventure studies — Bachelor of Tourism Management and Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies. There is also a post-baccalaureate diploma for those who already have an undergraduate degree.

Upper level program information sessions

Are you interested in continuing your studies in Adventure? If you have completed a certificate or diploma, or two years in another program, there could be options for you to continue your studies at Thompson Rivers University in the form of a degree. There are even options for those who already have a degree but are interested in specializing in Adventure through a post-baccalaureate program.

Information sessions are hosted by an Adventure Studies faculty member in a conference call format with other prospective students. They provide basic information on an Adventure Studies concentration in the Bachelor of Tourism Management, how to incorporate Adventure Studies into the Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies, and how the post-baccalaureate program works.

Please email adventure@tru.ca or call 250-828-5221 to register for an information session.
