Intellectual Wellness

Intellectual wellness is based on some of the following factors*:

Puzzle

  • Critical thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Creativity
  • Education and learning goals
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to access resources
  • Mental status and abilities or challenges

Are you able to think about issues critically? Do you have a creative outlet in your life? Do you know what resources are available to you as TRU student?

These are some essential components to your overall intellectual wellness. Once again, intellectual wellness is a vital part of your overall health and well-being.

If you want to be creative take an art class or learn a new skill. If you want to become a critical thinker, start to research both sides of an argument. Learn more about what it means to be a TRU student by finding out more about your campus and the services TRU provides.
