Summary of Important Dates (see Article 6.8 of Collective Agreement):
By 15 May prior to academic year during which application is to be reviewed, Dean/Director notifies faculty that are eligible to apply for tenure.
By 1 August, faculty to notifty Department Chair of intention to apply for tenure and/or promotion.
By 1 September, faculty to submit applications to Chair of Division, Faculty or School Tenure & Promotion Committee.
By 15 December, Chair of Division, Faculty or School Tenure and Promotion Committee to submit complete application files and recommendations with reasons to Chair of Senate Tenure and Promotion Committee.
By 28 February, Chair of Senate Tenure and Promotion Committee to submit complete application files and recommendations with reasons to the President.
By 31 March, President to notify faculty members of decision.
