Making the Most of Writing Assignments in Moodle If you teach a writing-intensive course, this session is for you! You’ll learn about options for creating multi-stage writing assignments, including submitting drafts and engaging in peer assessment. We’ll also discuss how to make the most of the discussion forum and your assignment drop box, including options for grading right in Moodle. Facilitating Learning in Moodle (condensed edition)
Shifting from delivering a course face-to-face to an alternate mode of delivery? This hands-on, intensive 5-day workshop will offer you opportunity to engage in planning and implementing that shift. It's organized around four modules --course planning and design, building community, engaging and motivating students, and facilitating assessment - all via Moodle.

These orientations include key information and contacts to connect you with ways to faciliate your work as faculty: human resources, student supports, the research office, and academic services.
