Counselling services are available virtually Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 4pm.
Individual Appointments
To schedule a virtual counselling appointment, please email the studentservices@tru.ca or leave a message at 250.828.5023 with a phone number where we can reach you. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will be contacted by a counsellor via email about your appointment.

All students currently registered in a B.C. post-secondary institutions have access to a free, confidential counselling and community referral services, available 24/7 via app, phone or web.

We provide brief, individual counselling that is focused on finding solutions and taking action steps. We can help with stress, anxiety, depression, grief and other personal issues.
