Food and Friends

4:00 pm to 5:30 pm in Om 1662
A drop-in group designed to promote making and maintaining friendships. The group is centered on preparing and enjoying a meal with other students attending TRU. Please bring your own bowls, utensils and a reusable food container.
Healing Through Connections
Mondays 3:30 to 4:30 pm starting January 21st, OM 1631
A drop-in support group for students with mental health concerns. No registration necessary.
Introduction to Self-Compassion
Wednesdays, 9:00 to 10:30 am

March 13 in AE 100, March 20 in HOL 402 & March 27th in AE 100
A drop-in workshop that introduces and explores the concept of self-compassion while providing practical tools for participants to incorporate in their daily lives opportunities to treat themselves compassionately in times of personal suffering and//or struggles.
This workshop is being offered jointly with the Wellness Centre.
Wednesdays 5:30 -8:00pm, February 6th to March 27th
Learn to manage anxiety. Everyone experiences worries, anxiety and stress. Y-Mind Mindfulness Groups are here to help young people learn how to deal with anxiety and/or stress so they can live their best lives.
Seats in the group are limited and will be granted on a first come, first served basis. (Session is full)
