Research Interests

My research interests are very related to my interests. How these are enacted are as follows:

I am interested in the dimensions of education leadership and administration, particularly in K-12 settings, and the relationships of these to public policy.

I have coedited three books on the experiences of faculty in mid-sized Canadian universities, all with the University of Ottawa Press.

I have two additional book contracts with University of Ottawa Press, one on faculty and the Calls to Action, being coedited with Garry Gottfriedson, and a final book on faculty experiences in mid-sized Canadian universities with Dr. Tim Sibbald.
