HealthLink BC

British Columbians have 24-hour, toll-free access to registered nurses specially trained to provide confidential health information and advice on the telephone. Pharmacists and dieticians are also available by calling the HealthLink BC line.

HealthLink BCnurses can give you the information you need to make sound health decisions for you and your family, including information to help you decide when to see a health professional.

The nurses will help you understand and manage your health problems, provide information on medically sound treatment options, and advise when to see a health professional. They will answer your questions confidently about various health topics, tests and procedures, and help you to learn what other resources might exist in your community.

The Raven Program

Providing alcohol and other drug counselling and additional services to young people under 25 years of age and their families.

Any young person who is experiencing problems related to substance misuse can call or visit the Raven program. A counsellor will assist to develop a treatment plan and arrange for appointments. All visits are considered totally confidential. Parents are encouraged to be involved but clients may attend on their own.
