International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

Purpose

• Evaluate the English proficiency of people whose native language is not English.
• May be accepted as an entrance requirement in lieu of TRU's EPT for some programs at TRU.
• Entrance requirement for other Canadian and American post-secondary institutes.

Procedure

• Candidates must register for the IELTS through Eurocentres Canada.
• Once registered, the client writes the exam during a scheduled test date at TRU. Scheduling for any IELTS at TRU is done through Eurocentres Canada.

• January 19 & 20
• February 9 & 10
• March 2 & 3
• March 23 & 24
• April 6 & 7
• May 11 & 12
