Special Projects and Events Coordinator
BA (UBC), MA (UWO)
Stefani obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from UBC with a Major in Art History. She then continued onto graduate school at Western University in London, Ontario where she studied Art History and Visual Culture. Her Master’s thesis, Narratives Brought to Life: The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, focused on the way in which society strives to immerse themselves in stories through the senses, further enhancing and authenticating the desired experience. This focus on theme parks and immersive spaces led to her role working in arts & culture where she coordinated community events, educational programming, opening receptions, fundraisers, workshops, and speaker series. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for event planning lends itself well to her role as Special Projects and Events Coordinator for the Faculty of Law.
Stefani organizes and executes a variety of programs for the Faculty of Law, including everything from formal dinners, to awards ceremonies, to assisting with projects that make the TRU Law student experience special.
