questions related to your studies at TRU and life in Canada. No appointment is needed, just drop-in!

Note:If you do not have a Canadian phone number, meet with an advisor by doing the following:
- download the QLess App for Android
or iPhone
- search and select "Thompson Rivers University"
- select "International Student Advisor - In person or Virtual drop-in (Only for Inquiries of 15 Minutes or Less)"
- input the required information
- wait to be notified when it is your turn
For virtual appointments you will be emailed the link to the meeting room when it is your turn. Click on
the link and join the MS Teams meeting.

RISIA-On-The-Go

Meet a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor (RISIA) or a Regulated Canadian
Immigration Consultant (RCIC) virtually or in-person for quick answers to your questions related to
visas, permits, and working & studying in Canada. No appointment is needed, just drop-in!
If you need help with your applications, you are required to attend IRCC Workshop

International Academic Advisors Virtual Kiosk
Available from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- I am an International 1st or 2nd year student (53 or below credits).
- I have read the virtual kiosk guidelines mentioned above and want to connect with the advisor
Academic Advising will offer Virtual Kiosk support during registration and Add/drop/Withdraw periods. The
meeting link will be published on the website during the kiosk’s opening periods so that students can
connect with an Advisor.
International Admissions and Enrolment Services Office
International Admissions and Records Officer (ARO) are available for answer your questions related to
your admission, registration, and tuition fees. No appointment needed. To contact International
