Workshops will provide participants an overview of how and why a
business plan needs to be completed. This is for someone who is starting a
business or already operating a business. You will be given the tools on how
to research and compile a business plan and cash flow. Mentorship will be
provided to those who attend.

winemakers. Look, smell, taste–starting with your basic senses and
expanding from there. You will learn how to taste wines like the pros in no
time! Explore the history of Old World Wines including wines from Alsace, the
Loire Valley, the Rhône Valley, Burgundy, Bordeaux and North Italy.
Other topics covered include; the history of wine, viticulture and
viniculture, principals of technical tasting, wine service, food pairing and
