Cael Field is a Respiratory Therapist and Educator. He is alumni at TRU and Royal Roads University, currently working in the TRU Respiratory Therapy Program and TRU Open Learning.

Mike Lemphers

Mike Lemphers is a respiratory therapist and associate teaching professor in the respiratory therapy (RT) program at TRU. Mike is passionate about working with students who are interested in learning about RT equipment, cardiopulmonary physiology, or mechanical ventilation, as he teaches many of these courses at TRU Open Learning. He enjoys teaching these subjects and looks forward to working with students.
