Receipt Request

General Information

• This Receipt Request form is designed for Open Learning students who require a receipt for monetary reimbursement or personal, non-tax related use.
• Note: This form does not qualify as a request for a T2202 income tax form. Please be aware that T2202 forms are normally available at the end of February and can be accessed through your myTRU account; you are not required to fill out this form to make that request.
• Receipt Request forms are processed in the order received with a normal turnaround of three to five business days.
