Welcome to the Purchasing Department

 TRU has a centralized purchasing service for the procurement of all goods and services.

Location: Materials Management Centre - Warehouse Second Floor Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Vendor representatives are encouraged to make appointments
to ensure adequate time with the buyers.

Parking for the vendors and visitors is available in the front of the Warehouse.

The central stores Warehouse is open for receiving and distribution of goods from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Purchasing is responsible for the following services:

• purchasing goods & services for the campus community
• disposing of surplus & obsolete items
• mail service, internal & external mail
• shipping & receiving
• internal deliveries of incoming goods
