Campus Infrastructure and Sustainability

This department is responsible for the renovation, maintenance and cleanliness of all buildings, grounds and facilities on campus.

Archibus is the online application Facilities uses to manage and coordinate maintenance requests.

These include:

  • Room temperature adjustments
  • Janitorial needs
  • Lighting requirements
  • Electrical issues
  • Picture placement / hanging
  • Cleaning services
  • Event setup
  • Snow removal
  • Garden and landscaping requests
  • Disposal and recycling concerns

To report an issue or request service, please submit a maintenance request.

Please note: You must be on campus or connected to the VPN to submit a request.

Office hours

Regular office hours are during weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the exception of statutory holidays.

Emergency requests

Emergency requests are defined as an immediate threat to the safety and security of individuals, equipment, materials or structures.
