This form is to provide a more streamline process for moving Staff and Faculty at the Kamloops Campus. We ask that all move requests be done by a move coordinator for your department, as multiple moves may be occurring in your department pertaining with your request. Please complete the form for each individual move to ensure that each department receives your requested move and nobody is overlooked. This one form will notify Facilities, IT Services and Network/Telecommunications and if required will assign tasks to each group to assist with the move process. It aids us in tracking computer equipment and ensures that the Telbook database is current. We greatly appreciate your help with this service and thank you for your time.
