At the TRU Conference Centre, our designated Conference Services Team offers personalized attention for your event. We coordinate with all other departments in the university to give you one contact when planning your event.
Whether you require complete conference management, or simply have a few special requests, the team at the TRU Conference Centre is ready to assist you with all the arrangements necessary to host your next conference, meeting or trade show.
We offer many different services that can be combined to make your event seamless:
Join us for an on-campus tour to check out our unique event spaces and on-campus accommodation.
- Event Organization
Detailed and organized pre-planning assistance for all your conference and event logistics (space reservations, catering, audio-visual, signage, entertainment and other amenities).
- Event Management
Onsite assistance during your event to ensure it runs smoothly and to help with any last-minute requests.
- Financial Services
Provide initial and post-conference budgets, process and track deposits and expenditures. All charges incurred for the conference are billed with one invoice at the conclusion of the event.
- On-campus Accommodations
Assistance with on-campus lodging, meals and recreation access.
- Print Services
We can arrange to have all your printing needs done on-campus and have everything ready to go for the start of your event.
- Promotional Needs
We can assist you if you are looking for promotional items such as conference pens, tote bags or give-away items for your delegates.
