Available positions
Greeter: Direct graduates to check-in and guests to seating and help attendees with their questions.
Guest Usher: Help guests find their seats and direct guests with accessibility needs to the appropriate section.
Graduate Usher: Help graduates find their next station and answer general questions.
Gowner: Pin stoles or hoods to graduates’ gowns, ensure gowns and hats are worn correctly.

Stage seating
We invite faculty and staff with convocating students to celebrate with us by sitting on stage. Faculty, staff, and administrators with a graduating child or partner are also encouraged to register for stage seating to give their loved ones a special send off! Stage seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are participating in the academic procession, please arrive about an hour before the start of the ceremony to allow time for gowning.
If you own your academic regalia, bring it to the gowning room and someone will assist you with pinning on your hood. For faculty who do not own their regalia, black gowns and TRU hoods will be available.
