The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation offers two major degrees in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship and three minor degrees in Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship and Leadership. We also offer post-baccalaureate diplomas in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship and the Administrative Assistant and Business Foundation Certificates.

The focus of the department is toward preparing students to be successful in tomorrow’s dynamic business world — where change is a constant and an entrepreneurial mindset is essential. With a human centred approach, we strive to graduate students who are able to create, develop, and manage organizations in an ethical and responsible manner. The research conducted by department members also reflects this focus and is both theoretical and applied in nature.
