Facility and Room Bookings
Thompson Rivers University in Williams Lake has a variety of facilities available to accommodate your needs.
COVID-19 has changed campus accessibility for TRU. At this time, we are not able to accept external bookings for the fall.
All TRU fall programming is being offered via alternate delivery methods with exception given only to students that require the use of trades shops or science labs and those students will only be on campus for that portion of their program.
We may be able to accommodate your request for the winter, so please check back with us towards the end of October or into November as by then we hope to have a better idea of what campus accessibility will look for the winter.
Do you need space to hold 100 or more people? Look at renting the gymnasium.
Holding a department meetings? Book one of our multimedia rooms for your next meeting.
Facilities Rental Policy
As with most post-secondary institutions, TRU facilities bookings are provided to the general public and other organizations at a nominal charge to cover operational costs such as heat, lights, janitorial, security, administration, billings & finance, audio-visual equipment, and building maintenance, to name just a few.
Please ensure your visitors are familar with the TRU Safety Briefing to provide them with important information should an emergency occur.
