WorkSafe BC First Aid
These courses provide the first aid certification necessary for the workplace.
Descriptions of each course include updates and help you decide which course works best for you. If in doubt, please check with your employer. The occupational courses include CPR A and AED.

WorkSafeBC recognizes the Red Cross Emergency and the Red Cross Standard First Aid courses as equivalent to their Occupational First Aid, Level 1.
These courses provide the certification necessary to meet the demands of the workplace and for those wishing help in an emergency.

Register early to ensure you secure a spot and the course will run. We recommend registering at least two weeks in advance to the start date of a course.
Registration is complete when your registration information and payment are submitted.
Online FormWithdrawing from courses
To be eligible for a refund, written withdrawal from a course/program must be received no later than five working days before the start date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays). Written withdrawal received fewer than five working days is not eligible for a refund. Some courses or programs have special withdrawal/refund policies that supersede this Withdrawal Policy as stated on the confirmation of registration letter.
Course changes
Times, dates, prices and course offerings are subject to change. Courses are checked one week prior to the start of each course and if there are not enough registrants, the course is cancelled. If the course is cancelled by TRU, a full refund will be issued.
