Video Conference Services and Rates

TRU video conference facilities are available for public use. Priority is given to TRU scheduled classes and meetings.

ROOM RENTAL: $125.00 per hour per TRU site

A minimum one hour charge applies and further time used is billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. Room rates at other institutions vary and should be confirmed.

TECHNICIAN RATES: $35.00 per hour.

Technical assistance is available, if requested, during a conference to help with equipment set-up, operation, and troubleshooting.
