Request access to an employee's folders
When an employee is on a leave of absence or is no longer employed by TRU, there may be a need for management to access their TRU data and/or email folders.
The specific request must come from the appropriate Dean or AVP and forwarded to the AVP, Digital Strategies & CIO, Brian Mackay, indicating the need to access accounts. Action will be taken once that request has been reviewed and approved.
- Based on the request, access will be provided to some or all of the employee folders for a specified period of time.
- Where possible the employee should be advised of the request.
