Service Description

To provide Account Administration for TRU Network and Email accounts, as well as allocate and administer network data space for active accounts

Activities Include:
  • Create Network and Outlook email accounts for TRU staff.
  • Allocate network data space and email space for employee’s use.
  • Create Outlook Resource and Room accounts
  • Assist with permissions to shared data folders, and or shared mailboxes
  • Create Outlook contractor accounts when sponsored by a TRU employee – process through IT Service Desk.
  • Maintenance of these accounts, including archiving of data upon termination, and or a lack of use beyond a period of one year. (Note: the lack of use accounts can be reinstated if requested)
