Request a Generic Email account
To create computer accounts based on defined processes.
Accounts may take up to two weeks to fully process, provided all signatures and access details are included.
- Automatically create base computer accounts for myTRU, network, email, and the ability to create webreqs. This will provide the client with personal network space on their H:\drive.
- Process ASAR forms by creating tickets for requested application access. This form is required for specific Organizational (O:\drive) access as well as Banner, FAST, etc.
