How the migration will affect you.
The migration to Outlook includes moving all of your existing GroupWise email, contacts, calendar appointments, folders, tasks, etc. Please be aware that these email systems do not completely transfer functionality from the old to the new, and may have different methods of achieving the same goal. These differences will be noted in training and on our web page in order to assist you. IT Services will be there to work with you to find solutions to issues that may occur during and after the transition of email systems.
What tasks will be required of you to complete the migration.
The tasks will be nominal, IT Services will do most of the transition for you.
What will your login credentials be for Outlook.
Your credentials will be the same as the network credentials you use to login to your PC to access network files.
How to use Outlook (end-user training supplied by IT Services).
IT Services will provide online, face-to-face and video training so everyone can get the best training that suits their schedule and personal choice.
