Client Services

Client Services is responsible for the following:

IT Service Desk Support

IT Service Desk staff are your "First point of contact" in IT. They are prepared to address all your IT related questions and concerns about our computer systems and applications. Whenever possible they will resolve the issue or make sure to refer your issue to another IT specialist. They provide assistance for all TRU students, faculty, staff, and OL faculty.

Client Technology Services

IT Analysts working within Client Technology Services are involved in the installation and maintenance of computer equipment, printers, software, and other peripherals for faculty and staff.  As well, they serve the needs of students, faculty, and staff utilizing computer labs and classroom computers and software applications providing information, technical assistance and support.

Computer Leasing

Provides the replacement of TRU faculty, staff, and lab desktops to ensure that equipment is replaced in the appropriate life cycle. Clients will be advised in advance when your computer is due for replacement.
