Associate Director, Graduate Education, Western University
Aisha Haque is the Associate Director, Graduate Education at Western University’s Centre for Teaching and Learning, and she previously taught Writing and Communication at Fanshawe College. Drawing on her background in equity pedagogies, she supports the development of intercultural teaching competence among instructors. Her most recent publication with Nanda Dimitrov explored the application of intercultural teaching competence across the disciplines and was awarded the 2017 Christine A. Stanley Award in Diversity and Inclusion Research in Educational Development. Aisha has facilitated workshops for faculty in Canada, Hong Kong, and Japan.
