Redwire Magazine
Redwire is a media and arts organization dedicated to Native youth expression.
Redwire Magazine published its first issue in April 1997 with the support of
the Native Youth Movement. Today Redwire distributes 11,000 copies across
Canada, four times a year.

Spruce Roots
A magazine and website that is providing perspectives and promoting discussion
on issues that affect Haida Gwaii. THE GOWGAIA INSTITUTE: The purpose of the
Gowgaia Institute is to promote sustainability, which means a lasting and
diversified economy.

Native Youth Magazine
Native Youth Magazine.com, a year-old e-magazine that focuses on the talents
and lifestyles of Native youth in the U.S. and Canada, has won three awards
including a 1st Place Award for Best Website from the Native American
Journalists Association.

Native Voice One
This is a print and e-newspaper published in South Dakota that reports local
news as well as national news from a First Nations perspective.

First Nations House Magazine
A magazine that offers a glimpse of the richness that the Aboriginal community
has to offer to the University of Toronto and to society at large. First issue
contains an article on aboriginal education.

This web page was created to improve the quality of life for Aboriginal
peoples in an urban environment by supporting self-determined activities which
encourage equal access to, and participation in, Canadian Society.

First Nations Education Steering Committee
The goal of this site is to improve education for all First Nations Learners
in BC. It gives information on special education, youth programs, and parent
and community involvement to name a few.
