TESL: How to Apply

Before applying, please contact the program coordinator at tesl@tru.ca.

How much will it cost? Undergraduate costs apply for both domestic and international students.

Non-native English speakers need to provide proof of language competency. Refer to Admission Requirements for more information. The online application process is easy and if you need any assistance, please let us know — we're happy to help.

If you prefer to apply in person rather than online, you can submit a paper application at TRU by going to the registrar's office in the Old Main building and picking up an application form there.

After TESL has received your application, you will be contacted to complete a short informational interview. We encourage you to apply early to ensure class space is available, particularly for the practicum.
