You can register for most courses without being enrolled in a program.

Under Open Learning Services (in myTRU), select Register for courses. This will bring you to the Course Search(requires Adobe Flash).
Find the course(s) you would like to register for. Select Course Details for fees, materials, dates and deadlines, prerequisites and other important information. If the course you are looking for is not available, contact Enrolment Services or check back later. Most courses are offered continuously, but some are paced with set start and end dates.
Add Course(s) when you are ready to register. Select Proceed to Registration (bottom right) when you have selected all your courses. To create a student account click on Create Account and enter the required information.
Move through Options, Review, Declaration and Invoice with the bottom right button. You will then be prompted to Proceed to Payment.
Enter your payment information and select Process Transaction. You will be registered when your payment has been processed.
Post-secondary courses require proficiency equivalent to at least Grade 12 English. It is your responsibility to determine if you have English language proficiency suitable to the course or program you would like to take.
