Domestic Refunds via PayMyTuition

The Interac e-transfer email containing your money link will be sent to the preferred email address on your student account. Update your preferred email address using myTRU - Update contact information, select the Personal Information tab and Update E-mail Addresses.

Reminder

In case you are locked out of your student account, it is a good idea to forward your myTRU email to a personal email, so that you can still view payment emails.

  1. PayMyTuition (studentrefunds@paymytuition.com) will inform you that your Interac e-transfer email will be issued within the next 2 to 5 business days once TRU has finalized processing your refund.

  3. The Interact e-transfer email will instruct you to log into myTRU to retrieve your one-time passcode to securely access and collect your refund payment.

    Finding your Passcode in myTRU:
    You can find your one-time passcode by following these steps:

    Step (a) Login: myTRU and click “Interac e-Transfer Refund Passcode”

  5. Using the Interac e-transfer email communication, make your selection to deposit your money:

  7. You will then be redirected to the page below where you must select your Canadian financial institution:
