The place to go on campus for pizza prepared on-site and baked in our open-flame oven. Check out the rotating themed hot entrée station or build your own customizable salad or wrap with our selections of greens, toppings, grains, proteins, garnishes and dressing. Our Chop N Top station also features signature artisan style salads and wraps such as buffalo chicken cobb, kale chicken caesar, mediterranean and southwest ranch chicken.

Republic of Spice - butter chicken with lemon basmati rice, chicken tikka rice bowl, vegetable or chicken samosa, and califlower and red lentil curry.
Chopsticks - Build your own stirfry station featuring rice, chow mein noodles, ginger chicken, spicy beef, sweet and sour pork, and seasonal stirfry vegetable blend. Also featuring a Beyond Meat and Portabello Stir Fry.
Zoca - beef, chicken or vegetarian burrito, seven bean vegan stew over white herb rice, tater-tots.

TRU Fill It Forward (Cupanion)
TRU Food Services has teamed up with the Sustainability Office to support the TRU Fill It Forward Program. Every coffee you purchase, you will be rewarded with points on the app when you use your re-usable mug. Use the Fill It Forward app to scan the locations unique barcode at any of these locations (Trades Café, International Café, Upper Level Café, Urban Market and Bean Me Up), after 10 coffee purchases you will get a free coffee!
Eco-Container Reusable Program
This program is in partnership with the TRU Sustainability Office with the goal to cut down on waste by reducing the amount of compostable takeout containers. Available at the Urban Market, The U&M Deli, The Workbench and International Café. Ask for your meal in a reusable eco-container, get a stamp card, return your used container at any participating location and get your card stamped, collect 10 stamps and get a free meal ($10 value before tax). It's easy, reuse and earn free meals!
