Space Planning and Allocation
In order to ensure that all workspace on the Kamloops campus is used appropriately and as efficiently as possible, we ask that anyone wanting to acquire new office spaces or to renovate existing space review the Space Planning Handbook and complete the related forms. These documents will assist the members of the TRU Space Committee to understand your operational requirements and to match the needs of your department with the space available on campus.

Documents for the External Review Process are listed below. If your Division is planning a review, these two documents will help you begin the process. The Terms of Reference provides and overview of the process and guiding questions to keep in mind; the internal review template is the self-assessment document that organizes benchmarking data, existing and proposed organizational charts.
