Math Help Centre

House of Learning 210A

Free service for students and is staffed by Mathematics and Statistics faculty and upper level students. Students can work alone or together with other students in a relaxed, informal environment, with help readily available.


TRU Writing Centre

At any time during the semester, you may make an appointment with one of the tutors in the TRU Writing Center to receive help with any stage of the writing process, including generating ideas, organizing and managing issues of sentence structure, grammar, punctuation and documentation, revision, and editing.

Although the hours vary from semester to semester, our goal is to provide coverage from 8:30am until 4:30pm on most days. To check the schedule, call us at 371-5689, or stop by and check the Writing Centre's bulletin board outside Old Main Building 2674.

Library Resources

There are many services available to students to help them find their way around the library and to locate books, journals, and documents in the library and online. Librarians are also there to help students find resources for their assignments.

Students also have access to a librarian at the Gathering Place once a week who is is available to help student search for resources in the library and online.
