This course offers the advanced study and practice of one or more of the following topics: literature for a young audience, and genre writing (for example, mystery, horror, or fantasy). Through readings and workshops, students define their own projects and produce a substantial portfolio of original work. Students may take this course more than once, provided the content is different each time.
