This course offers the advanced study and practice of one or more of the following topics: literature for a young audience, and genre writing (for example, mystery, horror, or fantasy). Through readings and workshops, students define their own projects and produce a substantial portfolio of original work. Students may take this course more than once, provided the content is different each time. Prerequisite: Any two of ENGL 1100 or ENGL 1110, ENGL 1120 or ENGL 1140 or ENGL 1210, Completion of 45 credits, or permission of the instructor
